At The Canvas Printing Company, we take pride in producing high-quality canvas prints, frames, and personalised wall art. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help.
π¬ In-Store Purchases

When you order and collect your canvas, frame, or print in-store, youβll be able to check that youβre happy with the product before taking it away.

Once youβve accepted and taken your item, we generally cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If you later notice a problem, please bring the item back to us with proof of purchase. Weβll happily take a look and advise whether a replacement or refund is possible.

Refunds (where approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may ask for a photo of the fault/damage to help resolve the issue quickly.

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.
Personalised & Custom Orders

As all of our canvas prints are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or uploaded the wrong photo/design.

Exceptions apply if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described β in which case you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Non-Personalised Items (Frames, Accessories, etc.)

Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Provide your order number, contact details, and photos if applicable.

Refunds

Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel non-custom items (such as frames or accessories) within 14 days of delivery for any reason and receive a refund.

Because all of our canvas prints are personalised and made to order, this right to cancel does not apply to them. However, if your canvas print arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
